Dru Yoga
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being, My classes include warm ups, yoga movement, flow sequences and deep relaxation, which leave clients feeling stretched, energised, relaxed and restored.

Mondays
Dru Flow & Dance
Dru Yoga Flow & Dance is a fusion of yoga and dance move choreographed to music. Regular practice improves flexibility, strength and muscle tone as well as making clients feel more alert, energetic and improving their concentration
Wednesdays

Back Care & Well Being
Back Care & Well Being is taught as a 6 -8 week course. It is easy, enjoyable and suitable for pretty much anyone. It doesn't matter how mobile, active or flexiible they are and there is no need to have ever been to a yoga class before. With this specialist programme, people will be able to be able to enjoy moving their body again.
Yoga Dance & Sound Journey Retreat Day
You will learn the Ode to Earth Yoga Dance choreography step by step with integrated sound journey experiences to embody the dance throughout the day.
